there was a time when megan never worried about the type of complication and complexity of relationships today. she often wonders whether it was a paradigm shift in the world that most relationships are now just as complicated, with the added promiscuity.
or rather, does it just happen with adults or the above 25 age group. she reads about it a lot, but more seemingly like fiction, a fantasy, an after thought that life may be that complicated, dramas that only happen in hollywood, but never really thought that it would ever happen to her, or to the people close in her life.
aren't they just suppose to be stories?
isn't love meant to be sacred?
what's the meaning of a relationship these days?
somehow, life for megan has lost its innocence and naivete. and there's no turning back time.

Hmm... I kinda agree with that. At the moment, 2 of my colleagues have hooked up. I would be happy for them, if it not for the fact that the girl has a long term boyfriend and the guy has a girlfriend as well. The worse part of it is that we're all here only for a short period of time, before we all go our separate ways again...
Seriously, I don't know what the girl is thinking... especially since just a couple of weeks ago she was ready to marry her steady boyfriend...
